Common things
- The confirmation code didn't arrive. Check your spam folder, wait a moment, then use "Resend code". A code is valid for 10 minutes.
- "That didn't work" when analysing a photo. Check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, write to us.
- The object isn't recognised. Shoot in good light, closer in, with a plain background.
- Daily limit. There's a daily request limit to prevent abuse. It resets every day.
- Deleting your account. Profile → Settings → Delete account.
